Namibia: Rape Case Postponed to Early Next Year

Windhoek — The Windhoek Magistrate's Court yesterday postponed to January 19, the case in which a police officer is accused of raping a 24-year-old woman and a 15-year-old girl who used to stay with him at his house. The matter was postponed for plea.

The accused, Leonard Kuduva (48), faces two counts of rape. Kuduva is out on bail of N$4 000 and his bail was extended to January 19 2012.
