THE Industrialisation PS has said the revival of Panpaper Mills in Webuye has stalled because there is no demand for its products. Almost 3,000 metric tonnes of paper are lying in the factory godown.
The PS said government was still committed to reviving the factory. Karl Marx said history repeats itself: the first time as tragedy, the second time as farce.
