Nigeria: It Seems There Is an Agenda

Ordinarily, I am not a conspiracy theorist like my dear sister Aisha Umar Yusuf who always sees beyond the surface for every international issue. I am a realist with a lot of local content. But what is happening in the country is making me be different. No true patriot or genuine nationalist with the interest of the black race at heart will be happy with what is happening in Nigeria today. And the government seems to be so clueless on what to do or perhaps so indifferent and insensitive to what is happening, which makes one think there is an agenda.

When, earlier this year, some terrorists bombed the headquarters of the Nigeria Police in Abuja, everyone knew it couldn't be worse than that. Then the UN building in the Diplomatic Drive, Abuja, was also bombed many innocent lives lost. There was not even a presidential broadcast much less a visit. Then some innocent lives are being wasted in parts of Plateau, Kaduna and, the latest ones, Borno and Yobe. There was not even a serious statement from government much less redeployment of the largely ineffective security personnel. It seems there is an agenda.
