Uganda: Zero Tolerance to Corruption Is the Way Forward

The Speaker of Parliament has in a rare frankness confessed that corruption in Uganda has reached crisis levels. Of course, this is public knowledge. But it is Ms Rebecca Kadaga's vow to guarantee that the 9th Parliament under her stewardship will ruthlessly fight the endemic worm that has eaten to the core of our government that is refreshing. This point-blank shot at corruption needs to be reinforced by all crusaders of anti-corruption -especially public servants.

Anti-corruption speeches need to be streamlined without contradictory utterances from stakeholders.
