Sudan: President Mayadit - Revisit Your Amnesties!!

Those closer to me know that I have a compulsive appetite for some good news from the Republic of South Sudan - which is a rare commodity these days. Just at about every chance I get, I turn on the computer and hurry up to all of our news outlets hoping to find something that will lift my spirits.

Unfortunately, I'm always, almost out of luck. Today, the headlines in South Sudan News Agency were dominated by a tragic capture of a high ranking officer from the Sudan Peoples Liberation Army, along with forty five soldiers, by the so-called South Sudan Liberation Movement/ Army ( SSLM/A).
