KENYAN James Kariuki took the top prize but Ugandans dominated the shorter races in the 2011 MTN Kampala Marathon Sunday morning.
Kariuki won the 42km race after Ugandan ace Dorcus Inzikuru swept the women's 21km race, and Onesmus Kikoech Serem the men's category.
