Egypt: Country's Membership in IMO Reflects Confidence in Its Role

Egypt's Ambassador in London Hatem Seif el-Nasr said that Egypt's re-election in the membership of the executive council of the UN International Maritime Organization (IMO) reflects the great confidence in its role in the organization.

In statements to MENA correspondent in London, Seif el-Nasr said that Egypt has retained its membership in the IMP since 1977, adding that it played a crucial role in setting up the organization in 1958.
