Information and communication technology (ICT) minister Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda has advised university students to conduct research to solve national socio-economic problems.
While launching a research agenda at Makerere School of Computing and Informatics Technology recently, Rugunda said the Government had partnered with universities to deal with the challenges of improving the quality of Uganda's population in terms of livelihood and economic activities.
