Many who deal with success overlook an important factor in the making or breaking of the ability to cope with the unexpected. Many catastrophes may be averted by careful planning.
All conceivable situations may be considered before action is taken-yet at the unexpected moment when time is short and the pressure of business is heavy, there is that irritating "something else" which bobs up, requiring immediate action. Several years ago an acquaintance of mine was compelled to accept a garage and dealer's agency for a well-known medium-priced car in a mortgage foreclosure.
