Uganda: Buganda 2012 Children Retreat Opens

OVER 400 children aged between 8 and 18 years are participating in this year's Buganda's Kisaakaate, literally known as the royal enclosure, held at St Mary's Kitende Secondary School, Wakiso district.

"The Kisakaate that was started by Buganda's Nabagereka Sylvia Nagginda in 2007 is aimed at promoting cultural values in diversity, morals values and customs for all children, not only from Buganda but, also from other tribes," according to the public relations officer Susan Nalwoga.
