'Stolen Moments, Namibian Music History Untold' celebrates and brings back to life the golden age of Namibian popular music from the 1950s to the 1980s, which is entirely unresearched and in danger of disappearing altogether.
The project initiators call on all Namibians to participate in this national treasure hunt to reconstruct our collective cultural memory. Throughout the next weeks we will print emblematic pictures of our past to stimulate your memory and to retrieve precious information that might otherwise be lost forever.
