Nigeria: Presidency Orders EFCC to Probe Subsidy Cabal

President Goodluck Jonathan has ordered the investigation of all payments made by the Federal Government in respect of subsidies on kerosene and petrol in order to persecute persons involved in any incidence of fraud and over payment, Petroleum Minister Diezani Alison Madueke has said.

Alison-Madueke made this known in a letter to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) acting Chairman Ibrahim Lamorde, which was made available to newsmen in Abuja.
