LOSING Rufunsa Patriotic Front (PF) and United Party for National Development (UPND) candidates have both told the Lusaka High Court that Member of Parliament (MP) Kenneth Chipungu distributed money, maize and hammer mills as inducement in exchange for votes.
PF losing candidate Phillip Mutantika testified before High Court judge Nigel Mutuna that as a result of the illegal practices committed by Mr Chipungu and his election agents the majority of the voters in affected areas were prevented from electing the candidate of their preferred choice.
