Nigeria: Flight Operations Begin at Lagos Airport

Few hours after the nationwide strike was called off yesterday by the Organized Labour under the aegis of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), Trade Union Congress (TUC) and its' affiliate unions in the aviation industry, flight operations began in earnest at the Murtala Muhammed Airport Lagos.

Vanguard was at the Domestic terminal (MMA2), the Murtala Muhammed International Airport and the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) and observed that as soon as the strike was suspended passengers started trooping to the various wing of the airport to catch up with their flights.
