Kenya: Safaricom Stock Gets Boost From Voice Traffic Report

An industry report showing Safaricom was gaining voice traffic over its rivals has increased investors' interest, propelling it to a top trading counter at the Nairobi bourse.

The share doubled its weekly trade volume to 55 million shares last week, on heavy foreign investor demand from the previous week's 23 million.
