Education Minister Professor Ruqayyatu Ahmed Rufa'i has called on foreign investors to spend on Nigeria's education system to meet the need for quality higher education.
Ruqayyatu, who spoke at the 2012 World Education Forum in London, last week, said stability of education policies, strategic planning, credible data and greater participation of stakeholders had helped to stabilize the sector.
