It feels like everyone is building a house wherever you turn. Houses, apartments and flats are coming up almost every single day in many neighbourhoods near the city. It makes you want to build your own house right there and then. However, if you are keen to notice, many buildings have been put up but are incomplete.

You might have passed by a house on your way home for the last three years and wondered when the building will get finished since the incomplete house has remained at the pre roofing stage for years. There are various reasons why this could have happened. One of them is poor budgeting for the house being put up. This is why it is important to have a home construction budget.
