Nigeria: Arewa Youths Blame Northern Leaders for Boko Haram Revolt

The Boko Haram insurgency would not have happened if there was a just and equitable society in the northern part of the country, the Arewa Youth Forum (AYF) has said.

The National President of the forum, Alhaji Gambo Gujungu, told newsmen yesterday at a media conference in Kaduna that government needs to study the factors that led to the birth of the sect, especially during the last administration in Borno State, to understand the its dynamics and how best to resolve the crisis.
