Nigeria: Ogun Truth Commission - OBJ Evades Court Service

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo who was dragged before the Ogun Truth Commission by the Awori Consultative Council was yesterday accused of evading service. An official of the Commission said that he could not effect the service of the process of the commission following the refusal of Obasanjo's legal adviser to collect it.

It would be recalled that Obasanjo was dragged before the Ogun State Truth Commission by the Awori Consultative Council headed by Olota of Ota, Oba Moshood Alani Arolagbade III to answer questions on alleged actions considered detrimental to Ota people.
