Namibia: Police Finally Probe GIPF

Evilastus Kaaronda, the secretary general of the National Union of Namibian Workers (NUNW), is "happy that the pressure [to charge those responsible for failed GIPF investments] exerted on Government is yielding results".

This came after an announcement yesterday that a team of South African forensic experts has been appointed to help the Namibian Police try and get to the bottom of the vanished N$660 million from the Government Institutions Pension Fund.
