Angola: Teachers Attend Workshop on Professional Education Reform

Luanda — Some 78 teachers of secondary school of Sambizanga locality are concluding this Friday in Luanda a capacity building seminar on professional education reform "RETEP 13", ethics and professional deontology, performance and assessment competence.

This was said to Angop on Friday by the director of the referred school, Domingos Álvaro.

According to him, the workshop aims to endow teachers with information about "RETEP 13", new pedagogical competencies and increase their school performance, through periodical follow-up of students.

To Domingos Àlvaro, this action aimed to exchange experience with teachers that attended training in Portugal and will enable the improvement of teaching quality for the development of the country.
