Soyo — Over 1.0 million people were served by the Integrated Services for Citizens (SIAC) countrywide, since its establishment in 2011.
This was said on Thursday by the Minister of Public Administration, Employment and Social Security, António Pitra Neto, during the opening act of the consultative council.
The minister said that this structure was created by the Angolan Executive, under the citizens' customised services.
