Egypt: Abul Fotouh - Future Constitution Has to Be 'By Consensus'

Potential presidential candidate Abdel Moneim Abul Fotouh said that the constitution "should be drafted by consensus" and should achieve national goals and communicate with the world without restrictions.

In remarks reported by Al-Masry Al-Youm newspaper, Abul Fotouh said that there basic principles all political powers believe in. He added that it's the people now who rule Egypt, not a specific party or power.
