The Harare Fire Brigade has raised the possibility of an arson attack as one of the causes of the horrific fire accident in which the late retired general Solomon Mujuru perished in August last year, but could not conclusively arrive at that verdict saying evidence had been destroyed when they arrived at the latter's Ruzambo Farm.
Clever Mafoti, a station officer who led a team of fire fighters who attended the fire scene, also exposed the fire brigade's failure to attend to emergencies on time due to malfunctioning equipment.
