South Sudan: Parliament Passes Report of the Public Accounts Committee and Imports and Exports

Juba — The South Sudan National Legislative Assembly (SSNLA) yesterday in its Sitting No.48/2012 held at 10:00 received a continuation of the discussion of the report of the Public Accounts Committee on the Audit Reports of the Fiscal Year 2005/2006 presented by Hon. Kom Kom Geng, the chairperson of the committee.

The report was presented early this month but it was adjourned because the Auditor General and the minister for Finance and Economic Planning were not in attendance. After long deliberations and discussions the report was passed by the SSNLA.
