Gowaseb (26), who has a matric qualification, is a worker at the Condor Quarantine Camp in the Kunene Region approximately 65 kilometres from Kamanjab, where he has been stationed for the last five years, and has only one request to the Ministry of Agriculture, namely proper housing.
