The Federal Government yesterday sent 146 ex-militants for university education in South Africa and Belarus. The youths are billed to spend five year for university education in electrical, computer, and petro-chemical engineering and radio informatics, a statement by the spokesman of the amnesty office, Mr. Henry Ugbolue, said.
The ex-militants are to study in the Belarusian State University and Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
