Arusha — MEMBERS of the East African Legislative Assembly have called on all Ministries responsible for East African Cooperation to shift their offices to Arusha.
They argued that Arusha, being the headquarters of the EAC and its organs, was the right place for the five related ministries from Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi to set up their operations. At the moment the ministries involved with the integration are based in their respective countries' capital cities.
