Mozambique: Guebuza Receives U.S Business Mission

Maputo — Mozambican President Armando Guebuza on Monday received a business mission from the United States, which is seeking to discuss possible projects for investment in the area of energy.

The mission is coordinated by the US Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Johnnie Carson. After the audience with Guebuza, he told reporters that the mission wants to look at investment opportunities that will increase Mozambique's capacity to generate electricity.
