Tanzania: Iran Celebrates 30 Years of Islamic Revolution

THE Republic of Iran in Tanzania celebrated the thirty three years of Islamic revolution as well as the contribution of Imam Khomeini who is the founder of the Islamic revolution. The celebrations took place on Saturday in Dar es Salaam, where several people attended the event including the University of Dar es Salaam professors.

The event coincides with the Maulid celebrations that took place on Saturday night, to commemorate the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Speaking at Imam Khomeini's event Dr Mustapha Charles of University of Dar es Salaam faculty of Journalism said the most significant pillar in any society is its culture inheritance.
