Ghana's campaign suffered the a semi-final following a 1-0 defeat to eventual winners, Zambia.
"We were very hurt. We were carrying the hopes of an entire nation and accepted the challenge to deliver," Andre said.
The 22 year-old midfielder, who scored the match winner against Tunisia to send the Black Stars into the semi-final believes the team will grow stronger and be better equipped for the next finals in South Africa, next year.
"Yes, we have to start all over again and make sure that we qualify for the next Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa. We don't have too much time. It's going to be a busy year and we have to focus on our targets," he said.
"We have some ten months to ensure we qualify and we have to put in the hardwork to achieve that."
Ghana finished fourth after losing the third-place game to Mali.
