Nigeria: PAN to Roll Out Chinese Alsvin Cars

Peugeot Automobile Nigeria Ltd (PAN) has completed plans to diversify its brand portfolio for to the mass production of the ALSVIN model, a brand of the Chongqing Changan Automobile China.

A statement issued by the company's Head of Corporate Communication, Musa Bashir Usman, yesterday said the production of the brand follows a technical agreement signed between PAN Nigeria Limited and Changan Automotive Manufacturing Company, brand owners of the ALSVIN, a 'B' and M1 segments car. The car has three distinguishing attributes: European design, strong Chinese elements of production and time honoured amenability to the Nigerian terrain.
