Namibia: Security Guards Work 'Like Slaves'

PRIVATE security firms operating in Namibia have been accused of slavery by UNI Global Union for the way security guards are treated at work.

UNI Global Union, in partnership with Finnish trade union PAM and Finnish solidarity support partner SASK is currently working closely with the Namibia Transport and Allied Workers Union (Natau) to identify and address problems faced by security guards.
