Nigeria: Rodents Take Over Uncompleted Asaba General Hospital

Reptiles and rodents have taken over the abandoned Asaba General Hospital in Okwe, Delta State.

The project reportedly awarded by ex-governor James Ibori, allegedly suffered financial mismanagement by a contracting firm which was alleged to have been mobilized with N2billion.

Unconfirmed sources said the contracting firm, T and Freshy Contracting Firm, eportedly diverted.

Leadership however gathered that the current governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, re-awarded the contract to another construction firm linked to a close associate of his for N3billion.
