WHEN local screenwriter and director Vickson Hangula began writing for film and television in the early '90s, there was little to no practical training available for those hoping to pursue their passion of writing for theatre or for the screen.
Today, however, almost two decades later and with a slew of films and plays to his credit, Hangula is proud to present 'Screenwriting for Film and Television' - a dynamic addition to the National Arts Extension Programme's (NAEP) arts curriculum.
