Angola: Defence Delegation in Zambia

Luanda — An Angolan experts delegation that is attending the 27th meeting of the Angola-Zambia permanent commission of defence and security from March 5-9, is already in Lusaka since last Monday morning, ANGOP has learnt.

The event aims at preparing the meeting of ministers.

According to a source, the experts will analyse the decisions and recommendations from the previous gathering, held in Luanda, plan the actions of bilateral interest, in the domains of defence, public and state security.

The Angolan delegation, which is being led by the vice minister of National Defence for the Defence Policy, Gaspar Santos Rufino, comprise representatives of the Ministries of National Defence, Home Affairs, Assistance and Social Welfare, Foreign Affairs, as well as of the general staff of the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA).
