Nigeria: Three Feared Dead as Gunmen Attack Imo CP's Home

Kano — Unknown gunmen suspected to be Boko Haram members Monday, attacked the private residence of Imo State Commissioner of Police in Kano State, amid reports that three policemen were feared dead during the incident that triggered exchange of fire between the policemen and the attackers.

The residence is located at the Chiranchi Quarters. The exchange of gunfire caused pandemonium in the neighbourhood as residents and passers-by scampered for safety.
