Dr Terkula Tingir, an aspirant for the position of PDP National Youth Leader, has said that democracy in Nigeria could still be regarded as nascent because of the remnants of the legacies left behind by military incursion into the polity.
Tingir, a former financial secretary of the defunct National Republican Convention (NRC), said this in Abuja in an interview with journalists after submitting his nomination forms.
