NAKURU RFC stayed in the hunt for the Kenya Cup League with a hard fought 8-3 win over Kenya Commercial Bank at Nakuru Athletic Club over the weekend.
The win ensured the Rift Valley-based side remain unbeaten at home and within three points of champions Quins at the top of the table. The two sides meet next week at the RFUEA ground. Bernard Owino scored the opening try after 20 minutes with the bankers replying through Fabian Olando ten minutes later for a 5-3 lead at the interval.
