The criminal trial involving the state against Dr Isatou Touray, the executive director of Gamcotrap and Amie Bojang-Sissoho, the programme coordinator of the same organisation, on Wednesday failed to proceed before the Banjul Magistrates' Court presided over by Principal Magistrate Taiwo Ade Alagbe.
This was due to the absence of the police prosecutor, Superintendent Joof, who was supposed to cross-examine the second defence witness (Amie Bojang Sissoho).
