Nigeria: European Union Commits N4 Billion to Migration Project in the Country

The European Union (EU) has earmarked a total sum of 20million pounds (about N4bn) to fund the 'Promoting Better Management of Migration in Nigeria' project under the European Union Programme through the European Development Fund.

The EU project, designed in partnership with the Federal Government of Nigeria, through the leadership of the National Planning Commission, is to address key challenges in the management of both regular and irregular migration flows.
