Nigeria: Oni Warns ACN Against Blackmailing Judiciary

Ado Ekiti — Former Governor of Ekiti State, Chief Segun Oni has described as contemptuous and an insult on the judiciary call by Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, in the State that his Appeal at the Supreme Court against the Appeal Court judgment, calling for the review of the October 15, 2010 judgment that removed him from office.

The ACN had been quoted as urging the Supreme Court not to entertain the appeal filed by Oni seeking to unseat Governor Kayode Fayemi.
