ZIMBABWEANS have to put to rest the debate on whether a new constitution is a prerequisite for elections following the unanimous agreement by the parties in the Inclusive Government that they can still be held under the Lancaster House Constitution, a senior ZANU PF official has said.
In an interview with The People's Voice last week, the Party's Secretary for Administration, Cde Didymus Mutasa said the people should start preparing for elections rather than continue coming up with delaying tactics.
