Nigeria: Borno - JTF Explains Restriction of Movement After Attacks

Maiduguri — The spokesman of the Joint Task Force (JTF) in Borno State, Lieutenant Colonel Sagir Musa, yesterday said security operatives in the state have introduced the method of restricting movement of vehicles and people whenever there was attacks in other avoid civilian casualties.

"The essence is to dissuade people from falling into red spots, especially when exchange of gunshots is going on between our men and gunmen so as to reduce civilian casualty as much as possible.
