Sudan: Four State Governors Arrive Juba for Liberation Council Meeting

Juba — The State Governors of Western Bahr-el-Ghazal, Rizik Zakaria Hassan, of Northern Bahr-el-Ghazal Paul Malong, of Upper Nile Simon Kun Puoch and of Warrap Nyandeng Malek respectively arrived Juba yesterday to participate in the first SPLM/National Liberation Council Meeting which will kick off today.

According to them on arrival in Juba International Airport, the main agenda of the meeting firstly will be discussing on the restructuring of the SPLM party and secondly it will be an opportunity for them to discuss the party constitution and code of conduct of the SPLM. Asked about the security situation in WBGS Governor Hassan said generally he situation of security was normal and so was the economic condition as well as the political situation.
