Angola: Ceast Highlights Importance of Peace for Elections

Lubango — The chairperson of the Episcopal Conference of Angola and Sao Tome (CEAST), Don Gabriel Mbilingui, Wednesday, in Lubango, said that it is thanked to ten years of effective peace prevailing in the country that the Angolans will, for the second time, choose their leaders in elections.

Speaking to Angop, on the occasion of the celebrations of 10th anniversary of the pacification of the country, marked on April 4, the archbishop of Lubango said that thanks to the peace and understanding among Angolans that the country will hold this year democratically the second elections.
