Angola: State Secretary for Water Expected in Benguela Tuesday

Benguela — The Secretary of State for Water, Luís Filipe da Silva, is paying this Tuesday a two-day working visit to the central Benguela province aimed to inaugurate the water system of Cambambi ward.

According to his agenda that reached Angop on Monday, Luís Filipe da Silva will meet with municipal administrators and then he will travel to the districts of Balombo and Bocoio.

In Balombo district, the Secretary of State will learn about the works of immediate action programme of the rehabilitation of Balombo water system, whilst in Bocoio locality the official will check the water systems in Monte Belo commune and municipal chief town.

On Wednesday, the official will inaugurate the water system in Benguela city and he will check the state of implementation of the works of water programme in Benguela and Luongo localities.

The Secretary of state is also expected to assess the activities carried out in the province before returned to Luanda on Wednesday.
