Kenya: Trans Nzoia Civil Servants Unhappy With NHIF Restriction

THE Trans Nzoia branch of the Kenya Union of Civil servants has faulted the government for restricting its members to only two hospitals in the area under the new medical scheme cover.

Executive secretary Charles Atieli said the Ministry of Medical Services mandated the National Hospital Insurance Fund to only pay medical bills for civil servants and their dependants at either the Kitale District Hospital or Endebess Hospital.
