A total of 7.6 million children were immunised against polio in Kano State during the just concluded second round of the immunization exercise in the state.
Kano State deputy governor, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje told reporters on the latest polio immunisation campaign in the state, added that the state government had mapped out strategies aimed at ensuring that Kano maintained its status on the eradication of the disease.
