Gambia: Jallow On 14th, Still Counting

Hotshot Ousman Jallow has a goal more to topple leading goalscorer to the goal summit as the forward nab in his 14th of the season.

The Gambia hitman made the difference after the game was headed for a stalemate with his 85th minute strike stealing all points for Caykur and puts him just a foot below his closest golden boot contender.

The 23-year-old butted home a fine cross into the box from new entrant Bikiko - his rival on goal- to fire home the final of the encounter and the win propels them three points within the top.

The ex- Wallidan ace's club led by an Ozmen opener in the 52th minute before Yalciner drew level for 12th positioned Karsiyaka in the 75th. Jallow and Cameroon's Bikoko partnership has proven a success although Bikkoko has begin to be reduced to a second-half player.

Jallow has nabbed 14 goals in his first season with Caykur in 29 league matches trailing his attacking partner by a margin of one with Bikoko on a tally of 15. The former Brondby ace has establish himself a spot in the team and will likely be a transfer target of courting clubs giving his impressive recording on goals.
